Abstract: Parkinson's disease is a common neurodegenerative disease among elders.Except for the motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease,it usually accompanies with a number of non-motor symptoms,such as constipation,sleep disorder and depression,and also some other comorbidities,such as diabetes,coronary heart disease,osteoporosis,etc.Comorbidities of Parkinson's disease usually affect the life quality,disability and mortality of patients,and increase the risk of polypharmacy and poor prognosis.Therefore,management of comorbidities of Parkinson's disease is critical for individual treatment of Parkinson's disease.This review will analyze and discuss the common comorbidities of Parkinson's disease.
