Abstract:
Inflammatory factor can cause tissue and cell damage and induce inflammatory reaction, such as production of interleukin-1β (IL-1β) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α).Many studies have found that there was a close relationship between the two factors and Kashin-Beck disease (KBD) cartilage damage. The research on TNF-α and IL-1β could help probing the inflammatory reaction during KBD development and occurrence, and finding the interaction between environmental risk factors and environmental reaction gene and protein, then finding effective gene, protein and pathway for KBD prevention and control.
