Abstract: The referential significance of standardized training for residents in clinical practice teaching was explored by analyzing current teaching situation. We analyzed some plans for improvement in management construction,talent training, teaching content construction and so on, in order to standardize medical teaching management and improve teaching quality, so as to link up clinical practice teaching to standardized residency training tightly.
