Abstract: This paper analyzed the current problems and difficulties of the education for postgraduatesof infectious diseases,such as the outdated courses and nonstandard cultivating model,which demonstrated the necessity for teaching reform and innovation.Specifically,several innovation approaches were posed,including optimizing the coursesoffered,updating the training mode,and emphasizing the improvement of supervisors,with the purposes of promoting the postgraduates' clinical and research skills and cultivating their innovation and social adaptation abilities.
