Abstract:
The expression status of estrogen receptor (ER) and MRI features of breast cancer were introduced, which included needle-like edge, ring enhancement, types of time-to-intensity curve (TIC) as well as the relationship between ADC values. The breast cancer patients with expression statuses had different MRI features including MRI morphology, enhancement state, enhancement mode and diffusion, and the main cause was that ER positive expression suppressed neovascularization to influence the focal fibrosis, necrosis, growth rate, perfusion and etc.Hormone level was pointed out to be evaluated by morphological manifestations of MRI dynamic enhancement and ADC value of diffusion weighted imaging,so that valuable information could be provided for the prognosis evaluation, treatment planning as well as the studies on ER expression status and TIC types.
