Abstract: Objective To explore the different methods of photography of shoulder joint and its clinical value.Methods 100 cases of shoulder joint injury in our hospital were performed with the routine and improved shoulder radiography,and the analysis of different photographic methods was carried out.Results The rate of grade A was 42% in the conventional method group (positive position)and 74% in the modified method group (positive position)(P<0.005).The improved method group (oblique)could provide a good display of the glenoid to make the clavicle display in a S-shaped oblique.Conclusion The improved shoulder anteroposterior X-ray photography can improve the grade rate.Furthermore,the improved shoulder oblique X-ray photography on the clavicle and joint glans have a better display.
