Abstract:
a-conotoxin is a kind of marine neurotoxins. It has a particular chemical structure and can bind specificilly to acetylcholine receptor. This article deals with the types, structural characters,biological activities and preparation methods of a-conotoxin and briefly introduces potential applications in the aspects of biochemistry, biology and new drugs research.
