Abstract:
The irregular anatomical form of femoral Proximal marrow dismatch with the regular Pseudocorpus.hanale,is one of the main reasons to cause lessening of pseudocorpus after operation.The new designed artificial joint for Dranch interior locking form,which changes the regular pseudocorpus handle into the irregulat,and adapt to the irregular marrow cavity.It anchor in multiple point and plane,and prevent the pseudocorpus sliding in the marrow cavity after operation,and lessening in the terminal.It bring with a new mrthod for artificial throplasty and new holp.
