Abstract:
[Objective] Gestational function of endometriosis (EMT) model induced by endometrium autotransplantationwas observed to verify its feasibility for the research of pathological status of human infertility induced by EMT. [Methods]EMT rat models were established by endometrium autotransplantation according to the literature. The endocrine and immunefunction and the gestational function in model rats (Group B) were observed and were compared with the normal rats(Group A).
