Abstract:
Objective: To establish the content determination method of tanshinoneⅡ A in changshangfangban ointment. Methods: HPLC was performed to determine tanshinone Ⅱ A on ODS column, using methanol water(79∶21,v∶v) as a mobile phase and detection wavelength at 268nm. Results: The linearity of this method was well, and the average recovery was 98.9%,RSD=0.7%. Conclusion: This method was simple, quick and accurate, and available for quality control of chuangshangfangban ointment.
