Abstract:
Macrophages are important immumo-active cells,They are integral components in the specific or nonspecific immunologic responses, We report a method for separation of macrophages using serum-coated flasks. The high viability and highly purified acmacrophages can be obtained,There are no apparent differences in basic biological activity between isolated and original macrophages. No soimulus is used in our method
