Abstract:
In recent years,sedated gastrointestinal endoscopy has developed rapidly in China,but yet a standard for manipulation and treatment using gastrointestinal endoscopy is lacking.The consensus was discussed and issued by Chinese Medical Association of Gastroenterologists and Hepatologists,and has achieved agreements on the following aspects:hardware requirements of sedated gastrointestinal endoscopy,indications and contraindications,preoperative evaluation,preparation and medication,intraoperative monitoring,anesthetic drugs administration and postoperative evaluation.
