Abstract:
[Objective] To discuss the mechanism of Spina Date Seed Decoction anti-depression.[Method] Take forced swimming and hanging tail to make desperate rats model;take solidity foster and chronic unpredictable mild stimulation to make mice model.Observe mice immobile time;by weight change and spot box test to appraise Spina Date Seed Decoction influence on chronic stress depressed rats behavior change.Take HPLC to measure rats content of monamine neurotransmitters in the brain;compare groups difference with statistics.[Result] The decoction can markedly improve rats mental sportive depression such as interest loss and lowered movement,as well as increasing the content of monamine neurotransmitters.[Conclusion] Spina Date Seed Decoction has anti-depression function,which is related with its increasing 5-HT and NE in the brain.
