Abstract:
[Objective]To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Tripterygium wilfordi combined with Propylthiouracil in treating graves disease (GD).[Methods] 57 patients diagnosed GD were randomly classified into two groups.Both groups were given PTU for 1.5~2 years the treatment group added the drugs of Braun capsule,taking six consecutive months.[Results] The total efficiency of treatment group was 91.18percent,significantly higher than the control group (73.91%),had a significant difference (P
