Microwave Combined with Idophor can Improve the one-off Cure of the Serious Eervical Erosion.

Abstract:
Objective To explore the efficacy and value of the one-off cure of the serious cervical erosion by Microwave combined with idophor.Methods Eighty patients with serious cervical erosion enrolled in our department from 8,2003 to 10,2005 were randomly allocated to group A as test group and group B as control group.Both groups were treated with microwave.But every one or three days, cervix and vagina of group A was scrubbed by idophor.After three months,every group was re - examined to observe the efficacy and side -effect of the one-off cure.Results The one-off cure rate in group A(95%)was significantly higher than in group B(77.5%). There was a significant difference between the two groups(P＜0.05).The average days of took off scab in group A(9.66)had a signifi- cantly deeper invasion than in group B(13.87)(P＜0.05).Conclusion On cure of the serious cervical erosion by microwave combined with idophor can shorten the took off scab period and improved the one - off cure rate.The convenient method can be used widely.
