Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of sinomenine(SIN)on immune function of peripheral blood monouclear cells(PBMC)in patients with lupus nephritis(LN).Methods PBMC isolated from patients of LN were divided into four groups and cultured with SIN high,middle,low concentration and control for 24 h.TNF-? and IL-10 in cultur- al supernatant were examined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Surface antigen CD_(80),CD_(86),HLA -DR of PBMC were analysed by flow cytometry.Results IN contrast to control group,the expression of CD80, CD86,HLA-DR on cell surface decreasing in SIN groups(P
