Abstract:
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 3 (VEGFR 3) and lymphangiogenesis in esophageal carcinoma. Methods VEGFR 3 expression in the esophageal carcinoma tissues from 73 cases was detected by RT PCR and immunobistochemical method. and the relationship between VEGFR 3 and lymphangiogenesis was analyzed.
