Abstract:
Objective:To study the correlation between plasma TGF? 1 and other liver fibrosis parameters.Methods: Plasma TGF? 1 was detected with ELISA in 71 patients with chronic liver diseases;serum hyalauronic acid (HA), laminin (LN),type Ⅲ procollagen (PCⅢ),type Ⅳ collagen(CoⅣ) were detected with RIA.
