Abstract:
Objective To investigate the changes of serum and cord leptin levels in pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH) women and the significance. Methods Immunoradioassay was used to measure the serum and cord blood leptin levels in 50 PIH women (PIH group) and 80 normal pregnant women(normal group).
