AIM: To explore the treatment methods of severe migraine. METHODS: 51 cases of severe migraine patients were treated with the combination of radix salviae militiorrhizae, diclofenac and sodium aescinate, and another 62 cases of severe migraine patients were treated with diclofenac alone.
