Abstract:
Objective: To further explore the mechanism by which retinoic acid (RA) promotes the antibody production of cord blood lymphocytes (CBL). [WT5FZ]Methods: The levels of serum vitamin A in cord blood were measured. The expression of retinoic acid receptor ? (RAR ?) gene was determined by RT PCR (reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction). The IgM concentrations in the supernatants of cell culture were measured by ELISA.
