Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the effects of hyaluronidase (HAase) and hyaluronan (HA) on proliferation of vascular endothelial cells and its mechanism. Methods: The cultured bovine aortic endothelial cells (BAEC) were treated with HAase or HA. Cell proliferation rate was detected by MTT assay.
