0.05 ).Fifty five patients of HoLEP group (78.6%,55/70) and 58 patients of TURP group(82.9%,58/70) were followed up at the third and sixth month postoperatively.In TURP group,6.9% of the patients(4/58) needed blood transfusion and 3.4%(2/58)developed TURS.In HoLEP group, no one needed blood transfusion or developed TURS.
