Abstract:
Objective: To evaluate the function of collagen in osteointegration and bone remodeling. Methods: Sirius-red stainning and polarized microscope were employed to investigate the collagen type I and III around titanium-implants, natural teeth and extraction sockets of rhesus mulatta.
