Abstract:
Purpose:Analyzing diagnostic accuracy of various methods in preoperative small sized lung cancer (≤3 cm).Methods:Retrospective analyses of the accuracy of sputum, fiberoptic bronchoscopy, CT guided percutaneous aspiration in 266 cases lung cancer with the primary lesion diameter less than or equal to 3 cm. Results:The application of sputum and TBB brush are higher than others, TBB biopsy and CT guided percutaneous aspiration have higher accuracy.
