Abstract:
Objective:To understand the influence of cyclophosphamide to Peyer's patches and intestinal mucosal associated lymphocytes and establish an intestinal mucosal immune dysfunction model Methods:Investigate the number of Peyer's patches of mice at different time points and the total cell number of Peyer's patches, the number of CD3 + and IgA + cell, apoptosis at 24 h after being treated with 100 mg/kg cyclophosphamide Results:Cyclophosphamide could induce markedly decreasing of Peyer's patches at 24 h after treatment, at which the total cell number of Peyer's patches, the number of CD3 + and IgA + cell decreased significantly, and the apoptosis increased obviously Conclusion:Cyclophosphamide can induce the dysfunction of intestinal mucosal immune in mice, which is maybe mediated by the apoptosis of lymphocytes
