Abstract:
Objective To study the relationship between expression of CD15 and antioncogene and tumorgrade, clinical staging, recurrence and metastasis. Methods Microwave-LSAB immunohistochemicaltechnique was used to investigate the expression of CD15, and p53 in 52 bladder carcinoma. Results Thepositive rate of CD,, and p53 was 69. 2% and 48. 1 %.
