Abstract:
This paper presents a method of determination of ADA activity concerning the immunic function. The experimental procedures are simple andconvenient. The experimental conditions have been studied, for example,absorption ourve, relativities between the speed of enzymic reaction and itssubstrate, the concentration of enzymes, the time of reaction and pH etc.Other methods of ADA determination had been outlined.
