Abstract:
Objective To study the significance and expression relationship among STAT1,STAT2 and hMLH1 ,hMSH2 proteins in hepatocellur carcinoma(HCC). Methods SABC immunohistochemistry method was used to detect the expression of STAT1,STAT2,hMLH1 and hMSH2 proteins in cancer tissues and paracancer tissue from 37 patients of HCC.
