Abstract:
Objective:To observe clinical,therapeutic effect of Qiankun Capsule on lung cancer and to study on the mechanism.Methods:100 cases of lung cancer were randomly divided into Qiankun Capsule group(capsule group),chemotherapy group and chemotherapy plus capsule group(combination group).Their clinical symptoms,immune indexes,blood picture,life state(assessed with Karnofsky criteria),body weight,and expression of p53 protein and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)were compared.
