Abstract:
In order to prosecute and implement the regulation how to deal with unskillful and faulty medical treatment and the hospitals must put to the proof concerning no faulty,the author considers the hospital should pay attention to build new doctor-patient relationship.Moreover, the author puts forward some rationalization proposal, such as medical staff should realize that doctors are the main side in the doctor-patient tradiction;medical staff should strengthen the legal consciousness,etc.
