Abstract:
Objective To observe the level of serum transforming growth factor ?(TGF ?) in patients with colorectal cancer and study its clinical significance. Methods Serum TGF ? was measured with radioimmunoassay in 54 patients with colorectal cancer and 25 healthy subjects,compared with 42 patients with colorectal cancer before and after the operation.
