Abstract:
The education of medical morals in health staff on posts stays on a low level. For example, it often pays attention to doctors and nurses and not to administrators ect, it is teken place of by the education of service manner, and its forms are out of date, dull .stiff and short of essessment indexies. It should develop medical moral education from hospital to society, organize and stude the theories of medical morals in systematic, research ethic problems from the easy to the difficult, propagate medical moral combining socilogy, psychology and linguistics ect.and meanwhile , it should train medical moral emotion, work out the standard and strengthen medical moral behavior so as to carry medical moral construction engineering forward in all sides.
