Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effects of berberine hydrochloride on human periodontal ligament cells(HPDLCs) cultured in vitro. Methods:Cell proliferation activity was assayed by using MTT method. The total protein was detected by Coumassie Bright Blue method and the alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activities were measured by spectrophotometric assay.
