Abstract:
Objective:To study the role of angiopoietin-2(Ang-2) in angiogenesis in oral squamous cell cacinoma(OSCC). Methods:Expression of angiopoietin-2 and CD_34 in 41 cases of OSCC(13 cases with lymph node metastasis)and 10 cases of normal oral mucosa was detected by immunohistochemical SABC method.
