Abstract:
Objective:To establish the quality standard for Lixue pills. Methods:TLC was used to identify the active ingredients, and HPLC was used to determine the content of hesperidin in the preparation. The analysis was performed on a WondaSil C18 column (250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water-phosphoric acid(20:80:0.1)at a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min-1. The column temperature was maintained at 40℃. The detection wavelength was set at 284 nm. Results:The specific spots of the active ingredients were presented clearly by TLC without any interference from the negative control. The linearity of hesperidin was good with-in the range of 16. 560-82. 800 μg·ml-1(r=0. 999 8), and the average recovery was 98. 8%(RSD=1. 1%, n=6). Conclusion:The method is accurate and reliable, which can be used for the quality control of Lixue pills.
