Abstract:
The paper summarized the research progress in the physical and chemical properties, structure and composition, ex-traction methods, quality control and physiological effects of polysaccharide from Dendrobium officinale, and put forward the future re-search directions. The review provides scientific and theoretical foundation for the development and utilization of polysaccharide from Dendrobium officinale.
