Abstract:
Primary prevention is essential to reduction in the morbidity and mortality of cardiovascular disease.Aspirin is one of the important intervention measures for the primary prevention of cardiovascular disease and is cost-effective,and its role has been well confirmed in previous studies. However, the release of negative results in recent years has raised questions about its value for primary prevention. The combined effects of multiple factors have led to discrepancies in different studies.Standardized use of aspirin in qualified population groups for primary intervention in clinical practice should be promoted so that maximum clinical benefits can be achieved.
