Abstract:
The complement system is a part of the immune system and many of the serum complement components are synthesized primarily in the liver.Furthermore,the complement system is also involved in the immune mechanism of pathologic process of liver diseases.The determination of serum complement components level has high clinical diagnostic values for liver diseases.It summarizes the research progress of diagnostic values and mechanism of complement system in liver diseases.
