Abstract:
Residency training is the main way to cultivate qualified general practitioners , while community training is an indispensable part of the training .However, currently the curricula and teaching plan of community training are various in terms of departments and time for residency rotation .It is important to formulate nationwide united standard and curricula of community training for cultivation of highly qualified general practitioners .
