Abstract:
Asthma is the most common chronic disease in children,endangering the health of children,at the same time bringing a great financial burden to the community and the family.The relationship between intes-tinal microflora and asthma was a hotspot in recent years.The preventive and therapeutic effects of probiotics on asthma have been paid more and more attention.The mechanism of asthma hypothesis as"Hygiene hypothesis", Th1 / Th2 imbalance theory and regulatory T cells(Treg)have promoted the research progress on the relation-ship between intestinal flora and asthma.In this paper,intestinal flora and the prevention and treatment of asth-ma-related research are reviewed.
