Abstract: In recent years,medical disputes occur quite frequently and doctor-patient relationship becomes more and more tensional.There exists an important factor of doctors' opportunistic behavior besides patients' misunderstanding caused by disease suffering,governments' under-investment in medical market,and imperfect supervise of the relevant departments.This paper analyzed the reasons and main forms of doctors' opportunistic behavior and how to solve it,and thus to improve the tense doctor-patient relationship and medical environment.
