Abstract:
Gastric cancer is a malignant tumor with high incidence in China.Accurate TNM staging before treatment is of importance in guiding the treatment of gastric cancer.Multidetector-CT(MDCT)plays an important role in the diagnosis of gastric cancer before TNM staging.This article reviews the status quo of TNM staging before gastric cancer treatment,the technique of MDCT in the diagnosis of TNM staging before gastric cancer treatment,and the prospect of new technology,in order to provide reference for accurate staging before the clinical treatment.
