Abstract:
Objective To optimize the extraction process ofQingre-Shaoren granule, and established method for the determination of Paeoniflorin inQingre-Shaoren granule, for the production of quality protection. Methods The extraction ofQingre-Shaoren granule was determined by Orthogonal test with extraction rate as index. HPLC was performed on a Lichrospher-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm)with the mobile phase of methanol- 0.2% HAC(25:75). The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,the column temperature at 25℃ and the detection wavelength was 232 nm.Results The optimal extraction condition were as follows: 1:30 solid-liquid ration, decocted with water for 3 times, and extraction time 60 min each time. The linear rang of Paeoniflorin was obtained between 0.1386-2.2176μg(r=0.9999), the average recovery was 99.80%,RSD was 2.28%(n=9). Conclusions The improved method is accurate and feasible. It can be used very convenient in quality control.
