Abstract:
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of rifentani-ketamine in pediatric intravenous anesthesia. Methods In the northwest women's and children's hospital between April 2015 and April 2017 clinical data of 80 patients undergoing elective surgery patients in northwest women's and children's hospital were analyzed, on the basis of these children with intravenous anesthesia method divided into red fentanyl - ketamine group (40cases) and propofol ketamine group (40cases) in the two groups, the two groups of children with hemodynamics, drug dosage, wake up of time, quality of life and side effects happening for statistical analysis. Results Intraoperative red fentanyl ketamine group of HR was significantly lower than children with propofol - ketamine group (P<0.05), and postoperative fentanyl - children with dosage of anesthetic ketamine group was significantly less than the propofol - ketamine group (P<0.05), round time was significantly shorter than the propofol - ketamine group (P<0.05), the constant crying, pain scores were significantly lower than propofol - ketamine group (P<0.05), physical comfort score was significantly higher than that of propofol - ketamine group (P<0.05), the incidence of side effects of 7.5 % (3/40) was significantly lower than propofol - ketamine group 22.5 %(9/40) (P<0.05). Conclusion Rifentani-ketamine is more effective and safe in pediatric intravenous anesthesia, and is worth promoting in clinical practice.
