The clinical efficacy, intestinal recovery time, hospitalization time, abdominal pain relief time, urine amylase and amylase were returned to normal time. The complications and prognosis were recorded between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 94.34% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than that (81.13%) in the control group (P<0.05). The time of bowel recovery, hospital stay, abdominal pain and bloating pain, The time was significantly shorter than the control group (P<0.05). There was no death in both groups. The complication rate in the observation group was 1.89%, which was slightly lower than that (5.66%) in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Somatostatin combined with psychological intervention for clinical treatment of acute pancreatitis could help improve the efficacy and promote patient rehabilitation.
