Abstract: Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the most common malignancies in the world.Methylene tetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) is a key enzyme of folate metabolism process.In recent years,many studies indicate that MTHFR polymorphisms are significantly associated with the morbidity,response to chemotherapy and prognosis of CRC,but conclusions are inconsistent and remain to be further confirmed.
