Abstract:
The gene encoding epidermal growth factor was multiplied from cDNA synthetized by mRNA of neck carcinoma caSki cell and a certain gene fraction. PCR product (with 175 bp of size) was inserted to PCR (TA-cloning vector invitrogen) for determining the sequence of nucleotide. Results showed a 100% similarity between the sequence of nucleotide of the PCR product and the nucleotide sequence of the gene encoding EGF proteine of mature form with 53 acid amines registered as NM-001963 at the International Gene Data Bank list
