Abstract:
Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)is a autoimmune disease which lead to multisystem damage,and it is important to make a early diagnosis.We compared the feature,sensibility and specificity of the following 3 diagnostic criteria:the diagnostic criteria of American Rheumatism Association in 1982 and 1997,the diagnostic criteria of Chinese Rheumatism Association in 1982(Beijing Criteria)and the diagnostic criteria of Shanghai Rheumatism Association in 1997(Shanghai Criteria),which can promot the clinicial diagnosis.
