Abstract:
This study is an initial attemtp to use TCA or SSRI in the treatment of MPS. It was noted that although no significant improvement was seen between treatment groups, within each treatment group, especially that of fluoxetine (SSRI), significant clinical improvement was obtained, as compared to imipramine (TCA).
